View and filter your assets at scale

If your organization has more than 10 assets, you can view and filter all of your assets from the “Applications” page.

  1. On your organization dashboard, at the bottom of the assets overview, click View applications. Alternatively, you can click the Applications breadcrumb at the top of the page.
  2. Sort or filter the table to find your assets:
    • To sort based on a single column, click the column header. You can sort each column in ascending or descending order.
    • To filter for specific criteria, click the filter bar at the top of the table, then build your filters using the dropdown menu.
  3. Optionally, to share your updated assets table with other members of your organization, copy the page URL.
  4. To take the recommended next step for a specific asset, click the action button at the far right of the row.
